Visitors of the 31st Annual Civil War Heritage Days Festival will be greeted by soldiers in Civil War uniforms at the Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park.
Participants of this 3-day event that portrays the time period of 1861-1862 will enjoy Civil War reenactments that will focus on sharing the history of Fort Taylor and life during the Civil War to educate the public on its history. There will be weapon demonstrations and a street parade as well.
